About the Cook Duties Tablet
Trainee: Please read
The tablet in the kitchen displays the following "Cook Duties
Checklist" which lists the side work required on the shift. Refer to the
tablet between customers, do the items on it, check off the items as you
complete them, and submit the checklist by end of shift.
Review each item below, then scroll down
to the bottom and sign off at the Certification of Training.
