Wednesday Deep Clean - Syrup Warmer & Bread Lowerator
1) Syrup Warmer: Pour syrup into a separate container; fill warmer with hot water and rinse out (do not submerge); return syrup to warmer. 2) Bread Lowerator Remove bread, lift lowerator out, remove spring, spray out at sink, fit into dishmachine without a tray, run machine, run spring through, towel dry everything, reassemble. Thursday Deep Clean - Under Griddle & Under Egg Stove
Under Griddle: Locate the "long stick", wrap towel around it, and clean under the grill. First hour

Friday Deep Clean - Eggs Stove Grates and Tray Underneath
1) Egg Stove Grates:: Take grates to sink and scrub with the metal scrubbie; pull tray(s) underneath and wash. First hour

Saturday Deep Clean - Soup Stove
Soup Stove: Remove and scrub grate(s); pull tray and wash; wipe table underneath First hour

Sunday Deep Clean - Prep Table and Omelet Top Refrigerator
1) Prep Table: remove items from table, wipe table; remove items from drawer (or bin) and wipe out; remove items from bottom shelf and wipe; 2) Omelet Top Refrig: Empty PC's from food containers, wash containers, return PC's; wipe out any dirty areas of the omelet top refrig inside and outside.
