Review Checklist


Thank you for your employment with us. An initial review of performance has been completed. Keep in mind that it's purpose is to provide feedback in positive areas and areas of improvement. See or call your manager if you have any questions about it.

Here are some other areas of interest:

  • Raise: Per the employee handbook, we will consider a raise at 6 months of employment based on another review at that time.

  • Uniforms: You'll likely want more uniform items.See the manager for:
    • Uniform Items from Manager Inventory: The manager carries an inventory of those items.
    • Uniform Order Form: There are a number of other styles available besides the ones the you initially received. Ask for an order form.

  • Shoes: We encourage you to purchase black slip-resistent food service shoes if you don't have those now. To view those and place an order, click here.

  • Gross Earnings Report: If you are in need of a gross earnings report, request one here.

  • Pay App: If you haven't already installed the HCMTOGO app which has your current and historical pay information, do so here.
