Finger Prints
Milwaukee
Report between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, to the Milwaukee Police Administration Building, 951 N James Lovell Street (7th St), Room 214, to be finger printed. There, they will finger print you and may or may not give you a copy of the prints to return to use for our files. There will be a fee, in which case pay it and ask for a receipt and we will reimburse you. ** NOTE ** Print this form if you need these instructions.
Racine
Report to the Caledonia or Racine police Depts. for the finger prints.
Photos
Arrange with management to take three photos of you, front and left and right profiles. Text these photos to photos@aldridgeinc.com
Safe Access Agreement and Instructions
- Your safe access code to the Manager Safe and Assistant Fund are unique to you. Do not give these codes out to anyone.
- It is your responsibility to keep the door(s) locked and the money secure at all times.
- You are not at liberty to use the money in the safes at anytime other than for the intended purpose which is to replenish other safes or the cash register drawer.
