NOTICE!

During the couple of hours it takes to clean the hood and duct system, the griddle and fryers will must be shut off and egg stoves used on a very limited basis, if at all. This means we can't serve griddle and fryer item, but we can serve eggs, toast, and server only items.

Please explain to customers that we are having our exhaust system cleaned and encourage them to stay and eat something that we are able to serve.

Please allow the cleaning crew as much free access to the hood area as possible so the job can be completed quickly.
