Before Cleaning Day

Advise Dave Aleman of the cleaning date and time. Dave should meet the cleaners, get them started, and make sure they have proper access to all areas.

The grill and fryers need to be pulled out before the hood cleaning begins.

Instructions for JC Muehlenberg

Advise JC Muehlenberg at jcm@enterami.com that the crew needs to clean the entire system from top to bottom, including any long horizontal runs, especially at the 812 N MLK location.

Also advise JC that if the cleaners do not have key access to the back hall and roof, they should call:
