End of Shift

Customer Service is the Priority Even at End of ShiftSign

While you want to go home, your focus must remain on the customers until the last moment of the shift. We can't let end-of shift activities like stocking, cleaning, drawer count, or tips, cause customers to be ignored, or worse, told to wait until "change of shift". They don't care about our change of shift!

Everyone Goes Home Together

It means that no one is permitted to rush out the door at end of shift leaving others to worry about finishing up on their own. The cook needs to make sure the server is done with his/her work, and vice-versa, including all the stocking, cleaning, and dishes front and back. THEN everyone can count clock out, count tips, and go home at the same time.
